Tyra has been married to her awesome husband Kenny for twenty years, and they have four incredible children. The Dotsons are a foster family who have welcomed over fifteen children into their home, and had the absolute pleasure of adopting a beautiful little girl in September 2021. When not in the operating theater, you can find Tyra at her son's baseball games, shopping, or serving others.
