Embedded within our mission is sustainability. In 2021, we’re focusing on sustainability at Kabudula Community Hospital (Kab).
We will train & empower Kab staff to handle new types of general surgical cases. These will be in addition to the Caesarian cases they are already managing.
How we’ll do it:
Greater emphasis on training during surgical activities,
More frequent surgical camps, allowing Kab staff to gain consistent hands-on experience with these procedures.
Increased the procurement and distribution of pharmaceuticals, most through local partnerships.
